*First aid is the care give to a person who meet with an accident before he or she receives medical assistance.

*To reduce the intensity on injury

*Victim's condition does not became worse.

3. What are the duties of a first aid provider?


*Console the victim

*  provide medical assistance at the earliest

*to give the possible first aid.

*to inform the concern authorities


4.What is ment by first aid provider?


*One who gives first aid is called first aid provider.


5.why should the first aid provider keep hands clean?

*If the first aid provider does not wash his hands, there was a chance to entering germs in his body through the wounds.


6.what does we do when the wound is minnor ?



*hold the wounded part high

*hold the wounded part tightly with clean cloth to prevent bleeding.

*Don't remove the blood clot from the injured part


7. What are the first aids can be given for nose bleeding?


*Sit learing forward

*press the tip of the nose with the thumb and forefinger.

*to breath through the mouth.

*Don't let the person to talk

*Seek medical assistance.


8. How can the speck of dust in the eye be remove?


*We can rinse the eye with clean water.
*remove the speck of dust with wet kercheif.

9.what will do when there is a sprain?



*Hold the sprained part high without moving
*please an ice pack to reduce pain

10.what first aid can be provided for bruise?

*place a wet piece of cloth or ice pack on the bruise part
*Don't apply heat or massage.

11.First aid of fainting

*See that the person can lie down when he fells giddy
*then hold he legs high
*loose tight clothes
*ensure fresh air.

12. What is a splint?



*While dressing the fractured part, a splint is used to prevent the movement of joints above and below the fractured bone.


13.Food Choking_first aid



  *press the stomach with one hand and tap strongly on the back of the affected person for 3-5 times.



14.what are the situations of getting burns?


*fire burns

*touching heating objects

*falling of acids and alkalies on body.

*lighting and thunder

*shock from electricity


15.What should be done when there is a burn?


*Pour water continuosly over the burnt area

* Don't put ice on burnt area

*Don't pull away the cloth stuck to the burnt area

*Don't apply anything as medicine


16.What should be done when the dress catch fire?



*try to extinguish the fire using water.

*rolling on the ground

*do not allow the person to run in panic

*cover the person with a thick blanket or sack

*wash the wound.

* keep the bitten part lowered

*Provide medical assistance at the earliest

*Switch off power supply

*separate the affected person from electric connection using glove or dry piece
